We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide the organizational support necessary to meet the needs of our dynamic and rapidly growing Product Safety lab in Baltimore, MD.
This is a high profile position that requires frequent interactions with our international sales and engineering teams, as well as with our international clients and partners. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to work well and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff as a team member and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must perform well under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. This position requires initiative, judgment and professionalism, and skill in composing a variety of written and electronic materials. The candidate should have excellent computer skill and superior proficiency at Microsoft Office applications (Work, Outlook, and Excel) and modern browsers like Chrome and Internet Explorer.
Candidate must be bright, articulate, and have a positive “can-do” attitude. Primary job duty includes data entry, report preparation, and project set up. The candidate’s demeanor and appearance should be professional at all times.
Minimum 2 year degree in relevant discipline
1 – 2 years’ relevant experience
