With the start of of the first IAEI section meeting this August, the networking season for the electrical industry is now in full swing.
Each year, the regional meetings of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI) provide unique opportunities for code authorities and MET Laboratories to meet face-to-face, discuss any electrical or UL-related issues, and converse on the latest developments in the testing and certification field.
For years MET Laboratories has proudly supported the International Association of Electrical Inspectors and attends its section meetings each year to engage in open exchange between the electrical inspection community and provide support to all stakeholders in the inspection industry.

MET Listing, Classification and Field Evaluation Information
MET has been certifying, listing, and labeling products for electrical product safety for more than 40 years. In that time, MET has certified thousands of products for compliance to electrical safety standards. This translates into literally millions of products sold in the U.S. and Canada labeled with the MET Mark. MET is qualified to NRTL certify products in over 180 UL Standard categories and can test to an additional 230+ standards for the U.S. market. For Canada, MET maintains a wide scope of SCC accreditation.
