Resetting Your Password

As of July 21st, 2025, METrak usernames will be replaced with the email address associated with the account. All users will also need to reset their password by follow the steps below. If you have any questions, please reach out to your project coordinator for assistance.

1. Go to https://metrak.metlabs.com/

2. Click the “Forgot password?” checkbox.

3. Input the email address associated with your METrak account and click on ‘Submit’

4. You will receive an email to the email address associated with your METrak account. Click the link in the email to reset your password.

5. Type your new password and verify it is correct. Click on ‘Submit’ button.

6. Click “Go to application” and log in with your email address and new password.
