Russia had its own LVD-type regulation that was to go into effect December 2010, but it has been indefinitely postponed.
Brazil’s Inmetro is introducing new regulations effective July 2011. The energy labeling aspect of this program will require in-country testing.
Argentina and Israel have energy efficiency requirements that require in-country testing.
Mexico requires in-country testing for energy efficiency regulations.
