Eurofins expands Certification Body network into Asia as Eurofins MET Labs Taiwan becomes a MET NRTL Mark Certification Body
Eurofins MET Labs, the first Nationally Recognized Test Laboratory (NRTL) and part of the Eurofins Electrical and Electronics (E&E) global network of laboratories, recently expanded its certification network into Asia with the addition of Eurofins MET Labs Taiwan as a MET NRTL Mark Certification Body.
Eurofins MET Labs Taiwan is the first local Certification Body for the MET NRTL Mark in Asia and has multiple dedicated Certification Reviewers ready to serve the local Asian market. The newly qualified laboratory provides an additional Certification Body for the growing network of Eurofins MET Partner Labs offering access to the MET NRTL Mark at more than 45 testing locations worldwide.
“Our E&E laboratory in Taiwan has become the first MET Mark NRTL Certification Body in Asia, having issued our first NRTL certification for the Acer Corporation. Being geographically closer to our Asian customers means that we can provide a fast, efficient service in the region,” said Robert Lin, General manager of Eurofins MET Labs Taiwan.
