Follow-Up Inspections

OSHA only requires two NRTL follow-up inspections a year for most products, yet some NRTLs insist on four inspections.

(Manufacturers of equipment for use in hazardous locations and/or intrinsically safe equipment require inspections four times a year.  Manufacturers located in historically problematic areas must also submit to four annual inspections.)

If you qualify for two follow-ups per year, why should you pay for four? MET Labs believes that this reduced schedule with its accompanying cost savings will help our customers remain competitive in their respective markets.
