Our end-to-end testing solutions evaluate your equipment to extreme environmental conditions to validate their hardiness and help you navigate stringent compliance standards for ensuring mission readiness. MET conducts MIL-STD climatic testing to virtually all extreme conditions, including rain, wind, salt spray, blowing sand and dust, hammer shock, altitude, explosive atmosphere, solar radiation, fungus and much more.
Vibration capabilities:
- 35,000 force/lbs
- 0.1 Hz to 500 Hz
- 5 Hz to 3000 Hz
- and test up to 4 tons
Acceleration Capabilities:
- 150 Gs for test equipment up to 35 pounds
- 40 Gs for equipment up to 200 pounds
MET performs temperature, humidity, altitude, and vibration testing simultaneously.
- Temperature ranges from -100°C to 500°C
- Humidity ranges from 5 to 100 percent
- Altitude to 100,000 feet
Testing is automated through computer controlled systems to maximize accuracy and repeatability. MET has many environmental chambers including large walk-in chambers and several vibration exciters.
MET is a global leader in testing to:
- MIL-STD-810
- MIL-STD-202
- MIL-S-901
- MIL-STD-167-1
- MIL-STD-883
